Today's Insights for Tomorrow's Experts

Students from Israel and Germany are participating in the second one-week of the Quantum Future Academy 2023 (QFA23) focused on quantum technologies, taking place in both Munich and Berlin.

The first week of this year's academy was successfully held in Israel from 19th - 26th February 2023. Now, the students are preparing for the second part of the QFA23, which is set to offer a comprehensive understanding of the vibrant quantum ecosystem in Munich.

Throughout the one-week program, students will gain insights into the cutting-edge quantum research being conducted in Munich, thanks to engaging lab tours, insightful talks, industry visits, networking events, and hands-on workshops. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to present their own findings during a presentation session in Berlin. The academic and scientific program will be complemented by a diverse cultural program, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience for all participants.

Who is hosting?

The Quantum Future Academy 2023 is hosted by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the Israeli Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology (MOST), and the German Embassy in Tel Aviv in cooperation with the Weizmann Institute of Science, the Munich Quantum Valley (MQV), and the Munich Center for Quantum Science and Technology (MCQST), the German Israeli Foundation for Scientific Research and Development (GIF), and the VDI Technologiezentrum.
